Privacy Policy
Effective: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VolFlow Trading Systems ("VolFlow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit volflowtrades.com, request information, create a student account, communicate with us, or register for a class.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, requested callback time, class selections, enrollment and progress information, messages sent through the Class Desk, and other information you choose to provide.
Account and transaction information
Student access may use Sign in with ChatGPT, which provides us with account identifiers and profile information such as your name and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and limited billing-related information, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.
Website and analytics information
We collect information about visits and interactions, including pages viewed, buttons selected, referring pages, browser or device information, approximate location derived from network information, session identifiers, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads measurement technologies to understand site use, measure advertising, and improve our classes and website.
Communications
When you use our live chat or callback form, we store the information and messages necessary to respond. A notification containing the visitor name, topic, and message may be sent to an authorized VolFlow administrator through WhatsApp. If you separately opt in to email or text messages, we may use the contact information you provide for those communications.
How we use information

- Respond to questions, callback requests, and messages.
- Confirm payments, reserve seats, track course progress, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its services.
- Measure advertising performance and understand how visitors find and use the site.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect VolFlow, students, and others.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and classes, including OpenAI/ChatGPT authentication, Stripe payment processing, Google analytics and advertising services, website hosting providers, and Meta/WhatsApp communication services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of analytics and advertising technologies may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where required, you may request information about or opt out of such processing by contacting us.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, chat continuity, analytics, advertising measurement, and site functionality. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete these technologies, but doing so may affect account, booking, chat, or payment features.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted administrative access and encryption for certain stored credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and to limit or object to certain uses. California residents may also request information about categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared and may exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may withdraw optional email or text consent by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Transactional communications concerning your account, booking, payment, or requested support may still be sent.
